A peer support service to increase the number of new mothers who initiate breastfeeding and to support exclusive and continued breastfeeding up to 6 months through the provision of breastfeeding peer support on a 1:1 basis to those women who are least likely to continue to breastfeed in areas of low breastfeeding rates.
