Award Notice-The objective of this RFT was to appoint a services provider for an External Service Delivery Model of its HR function for a period of 12 months, with a maximum of 2 X 12 month extensions, subject to annual review. Value of contract: Estimated total value is €82,000/annum Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1 Range and depth of previous relevant experience of the tender on comparable assignments Max. score = 10 2 Proposed SolutionMax. score = 25 3 Team Proposed Max. score = 25 3 Cost Max. score = 40 Under the direction of the Head of Finance, the service requirements encompass the full range of services for an organisation of circa 70 staff. Tendering bodies must have sufficient capacity and appropriately qualified skilled personnel to deliver and enhance HR services to the organisation.
