Tender description
In accordance with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Midland Heart required an asbestos surveying and analytical contractor, accredited by UKAS to ISO 17020 and ISO 12025 standards, to undertake asbestos surveys, sampling and analytical monitoring in accordance with current legislation (and any future amendment's hereof). The Contract will cover Midland Hearts Customer and Communities properties, Care and Support properties and Leasehold properties. The Contract duration will be for 2 years with the option to extend annually for a further 3 years subject to continuous satisfactory performance and completion of an annual performance review. The Contract start date will be the 1.4.2016. The total Contract value is 600 000 GBP per annum (Inc. VAT) and is divided into 2 lots.
