Home Group is seeking suitably qualified and experienced chartered town planning professionals who can undertake projects comprising regeneration, new build development and/or conversion schemes. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units as well as community and commercial buildings. Whilst it is envisaged that this framework will mainly support new build development there may be times when it is used to support commercial projects. Award will be on a rotation basis with the exception of strategic planning which will be on a mini tender basis, subject to the performance measured through KPIs. Home group will reserve the right externally benchmark the framework. Home Group reserves the right to make a direct appointment from the framework where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home Group will reserve the right to re-enter the marketplace for large joint ventures or projects where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home Group (on behalf of itself and potentially other bodies listed in Section VI.3- the eligible bodies) is seeking to set up this framework under which eligible bodies can procure services. The scope of the projects will vary and will cover the areas defined as Scotland, the North and the South.
