White Label Energy Supplier for Leicester City Council & Leicestershire County Council.

Tender description

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (Councils) are undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a supplier to enter into a partnership for the delivery of energy to the residents of Leicester and Leicestershire (Partnership). Leicester and Leicestershire have approximately half a million households which require energy provision. The Councils are working jointly to look to develop a [white label] partnership with an energy provider (the Supplier) to provide: ? Affordable energy; and ? Outstanding customer service(Services). The Service will be provided primarily to the residents and businesses within the locality of the Councils (Customers), although scope remains to extend this to further geographical areas in the future. Each Tenderer's response (Tender) should be detailed enough to allow the Councils to make an informed selection of the most appropriate solution. This process will be run entirely via the East Mids Tenders Portal. All documents comprising the Tender must be completed and uploaded to the East Mids Tenders portal (www.eastmidstenders.org) by the Deadline.
