Travel management services for the European supervisory authorities

Tender description

The European Banking Authority (EBA) is seeking to establish a framework contract for the provision of a comprehensive travel management service. The services under the contract shall include organising travel for staff such as preparing itineraries, schedules, travel options, checking flight and train availability, checking prices, investigating accommodation options, and issuing tickets. Please refer to the tender specifications for further details regarding the scope of work and nature of the contract. The average number of missions (i.e. business trips) per year is expected to be 2 950. Tenderers should be aware that the average number of missions per year is given as an estimate only. It is not binding. The number of missions may not reach the aforementioned estimated volume. The total value of the framework contract will depend on the actual number of missions.
