Tender description

East Lothian Council's Children's Wellbeing Service wishes to work with a service provider to provide family support services, on an outreach basis, to children, young people and their families to ensure, where possible, that children and young people remain within their close or extended family at times when there have been difficulties. The service provider will work to meet required outcomes and will provide family group conferences and short term kin care assessments. There is also an additional requirement to conduct parent capacity assessments.
