Single party framework agreement for the design, supply and delivery of litter bins for the Dublin City Council area.

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Framework Agreement for one year to cover 2015/2016. However there is an option to renew the framework agreement for one extra year to cover 2016/2017, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council. TITLE: Single Party Framework Agreement for The Design, Supply, Delivery and Maintenance of Bins for The Dublin City area. The framework will cover the initial contract of 60 bins, in addition to any requirements arising which may emerge over the life of the framework: (a) Supply of additional bins – these may be single purchases or blocks of 5, 10 or maximum of 15 for 1 year – at this point in time additional quantities are not known; (b) Maintenance and repair of bins; (c) Supply of spare parts. The winner will be asked to supply a sample bin to verify the product offered. Should it emerge that the winning tenderer’s bin does not meet the requirements, The Authority reserves the right to award the contract and the framework agreement to the next ranked tenderer, without having to re-open the competition. The successful framework member will be invited to sign up to the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement which are provided in draft form as a separate attachment.
