Short Breaks for Disabled Children – Regular Clubs for Disabled Children We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations that can deliver: Specialist regular clubs for disabled children and young people in a variety of locations across Sandwell. The service will be required to provide part or all of the services listed: • Adapted Sports Clubs/Activities • Leisure Activities • Activities leading to a qualification or award • Social Clubs (e.g. Junior Youth and Youth Clubs) Any provider must be able to offer support for all disabled children and young people regardless of their disability/disabilities including those with complex medical needs (including continuing and palliative care). Clubs will need to be delivered on regular days and times across evenings, weekends and school holiday periods. The contract will commence on 1st July 2016 and operate for 9 months, there will be no options for extension beyond 31st March 2017. Please note that TUPE may apply.
