Tender description
Carlisle City Council is currently reviewing its arrangements for collecting and processing its recyclable material including garden waste. We want to hear from organisations interested in working with us to maximise income for the material we collect. Potential bidders are therefore invited to a soft market testing day on Thursday 17 March 2016 to help inform our planning and guide the future design of our collection service.
