Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition; a call to competition may be placed within the next 12 months. The HSE intends to invite submissions from companies / organisations with expertise and capability relating to the provision of Recruitment Services (short term/temporary medical agency placements) including, but not limited to; Nurses, Doctors, Consultants & NCHD's, Social Care Staff, Allied Health Professionals, Health Care Assistances. This may involve the establishment of competitive multi-supplier national Frameworks with the possibility of division into LOTS for geographic areas. This process is a statement of potential contracts during the next 12 months but is not a commitment to purchase. Subsequent Calls for Tender will be advertised during 2016 as required. This PIN is on behalf of the Health Service Executive (HSE), Organisations funded by the HSE and the Irish Public Sector. Please note that the required services are Annex IIB services and, accordingly, only Articles 23 and 35 (4) of the Consolidated Public Procurement Directives 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council for the award of Public service contracts, as amended, will apply.
