Provision of benchmarking report on the costs associated with water and sewerage infrastructure

Tender description

The objective of this tender is to appoint an expert organisation who can provide us with: a. Up to date information on the typical / average costs associated with the provision of water and sewerage infrastructure for new connections. b. Advice on the degree of certainty / scope for variation in the above costs, to inform our understanding on the potential range of typical costs for particular infrastructure and where the risks of cost escalation might sit; and c. The reasoning behind why certain costs associated with the provision of water and sewerage infrastructure may vary depending on certain variables such as, but not limited to, construction method and the ground conditions where the infrastructure is placed. This piece of work must be delivered by 31 March 2016
