Tender description
Milton Keynes is an area that accommodates significant levels of development and it envisages that this will continue into the future. In order to ensure that this development is not only sustainable and successful in its own right, but does not detract from the level of services provided to existing residents, it is essential that the requisite level of services and infrastructure are provided with new development. The Milton Keynes Council therefore wishes to establish a consolidated Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document.
