Tender description
The low level support framework agreement will deliver a range of housing related support services that enable vulnerable people to achieve or maintain independent living in the community. These services are preventative in nature, delivering cost-effective support that achieves positive outcomes for clients and reduces the potential of more costly interventions. The crisis intervention service will provide very short-term, intensive housing related support to meet identified needs that have arisen due to a crisis situation or a significant change in circumstances.
