Notting Hill Carnival 2016 Temporary Toilets Consultancy and Delivery public tender advertisement Request for Quote – December 2015 The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Notting Hill Carnival 2016 Temporary Toilets Consultancy and Delivery situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Council (RBKC), as the Contacting Authority, intends to carry out an Open Procedure to award the contract to One Provider for: • Notting Hill Carnival 2016 Event One provider will be appointed for the 2016 Notting Hill Carnival commencing in August 2016. Tenderers must be rated as not higher than average risk of financial failure. The providers appointed to the Approved List will deliver Consultancy and Delivery of Temporary Toilets for the public at the Notting Hill Carnival 2016 event. The Council is seeking to meet the following objectives: • Hiring a professional and cost efficient contractor to provide consultancy and delivery of Notting Hill Carnival Temporary Toilets installation, maintenance supply and removal between 27th - 30th August • Hiring a Contractor who can provide the following: o a migration to different affordable toilet infrastructure o an increase in unit numbers o an ability to work inclusively, innovatively and successfully with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders. o successful implementation of emerging operational plan from prior consultancy work The Tender will be run electronically using the CapitalEsourcing e-Tendering system.
