Tender description
1.1 To undertake the necessary update of the Mersey Gateway Bridge scheme financial model following receipt of the revised traffic modelling information (the output from a separate contract) to enable a review and update of the costs provided to the Department by Halton Borough Council of the estimated financial impact of the extensions to the proposed Local User Discount Scheme announced by the Chancellor in July 2014 and to provide additional updated costs of the proposed further extension of free tolling to other Local Authorities following the Chancellor's statement of April 2015.
