Harlow Enterprise Hub is a successful business centre based at the heart of one of Harlow's busy employment areas. Harlow Council owns the freehold of the property but is seeking a managing operator to continue the Centre's success with effect from 1st October 2016. Harlow is exceptionally well placed as a business location, in the London Stansted Cambridge Corridor, connected by the M11 and in close proximity to London Stansted Airport. The Council is offering a Managing Operator Contract with co-terminus Lease for a duration of 9 years and 6 months, to be reviewed in Year 4 with a break clause for both parties at Year 5. The Harlow Enterprise Hub is a business and enterprise centre supporting new and established businesses and entrepreneurs.
