INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF HOUSING RELATED SUPPORT AND ACCOMMODATION - Lot 2

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council invited tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of supported accommodation across seven services on the Isle of Wight, for people with various support needs. The contract is to run from 1 April 2016 for a period of 42 months with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. This tender was divided into seven lots. This is for Lot 2 - 65 units of supported accommodation for young people aged 16 ? 25 years old, of which: Lot 2a - 55 units are to be made available to young people with a low to medium housing need and Lot 2b - 10 unit to be made available as an emergency access unit for high/complex need cases and 9 units to be made available for high complex needs. The contract is to run for a period of 42 months from 1.04.2016 until 30 September 2019 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Isle of Wight Council. The contract values given are estimated for the whole duration of the contracts including the possible extension period.
