Tender description

Swan Housing Association is seeking to procure services for the provision of Health & Safety Consultancy Services, including Corporate Health & Safety Consultancy Services, Business Continuity Planning, Health & Safety Services in the provision of Property Management and Maintenance, New Build Development, and the delivery of Supported Care, inclusive of all relevant functional training. This Contract is being procured on behalf of Swan Housing Association. The parent undertaking of Swan Housing Association which is an Industrial & Provident Society and Registered Social Landlord with charitable status with subsidiaries: - Swan New Homes a non-charitable organisation limited by shares; - HERA Management Services Ltd a non-charitable organisation limited by shares - Vivo Support Ltd a non-charitable organisation limited by shares - Swan Foundation a registered charity. The successful bidder will be expected to be able to deliver all of the services required within the tender bid. If your company can only partially deliver the services your bid is unlikely to be successful.
