Tender description
The London Borough of Merton is commissioning a new integrated risk and resilience service incorporating substance misuse prevention and treatment, detached youth provision and sexual health promotion. This early intervention prevention and treatment service will provide seamless access to substance misuse treatment and pathways to other services. The service will be aimed at vulnerable young people aged 24 and under and be delivered in line with the Merton health and well-being model offering universal, enhanced and specialist support.
