Tender description
A 9 bed 24/7 intensive supported living service for adults with mental ill health at 49 Bayham Street, London Borough of Camden. This service forms part of the Camden mental health recovery pathway .The pathway strategy was originally set out in the Mental Health Accommodation Strategy 2008/11 and is now being updated in the Adult Social Care Accommodation Strategy 2015/20. This Plan and Specification will ensure that there is a ‘golden thread’ between national and local strategies, service performance and the core and flexible support work undertaken with individuals.
