This advert is to provide an updated Expression of Interest to Sutton Council Design and Build of New Council Housing. Although an advert for Expression of Interest was sent out in July 2015, there have been slight changes to the project scope. Please respond as to whether your organisation would still like to opt out from this opportunity. Please note that this opportunity is only available to those providers on the London Development Panel (OJEU Notice 2012/S 69-113942).
