Quotations are being invited for the provision of Event Fire Safety services for initial fire fighting cover for Ilkeston Charter Fair 2016, 2017 and 2018. For 2016, attractions are open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday 19th October 2016 and from 12 (noon) to 11p.m. on Thursday 20th October, Friday 21st October and Saturday 22nd October. Fire event services means providing initial firefighting cover at the Charter Fair, liaising with the fire service upon their arrival in an emergency, liaising with stall holders to provide advice and information on fire safety where required and co-operating with the Event Officer, on site first aid and security services.
