Tender description

Background: In June 2013 the Government set out the allocation of European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), including ESF money for the full 7-year period. The allocation was divided across LEP (Local Enterprise Partnership) areas in England, with funds being distributed and managed by the ESF Managing Authority (MA). LEPs have an advisory role and they documented their local/strategic needs in an ESIF Strategy. The aim of the Provision is to help those with mental health conditions on Incapacity Benefit / Employment Support Allowance to move towards and secure sustained employment.
