Tender description

Torfaen County Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of a School Based Universal Counselling Service. The Service will be available to children between the ages of 5 and 18 years (school years 3 to 13) who attend school within the Authority. The Service will be provided on a face to face basis and free of charge to the client at the point of delivery. The estimated value of the contract is 165 000 GBP per annum. The estimated value of the contract is 165 000 GBP per annum, however the Authority is faced with increasing demands for budget cuts and are therefore continuingly looking to reduce this cost wherever possible, by introducing efficiencies. In this case, suppliers will be asked to continually look to find innovative ways in delivering a more cost effective service to reduce costs.
