Cardiff International White Water (CIWW) is a World Class Adventure Activities Centre based in the heart of Cardiff. It receives over 55 000 visitors per year and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced caterers wishing to tender for the provision of a catering facility. A staffed cafeteria is required and the successful applicant would also be expected to offer light refreshments throughout the working day and weekends. The provider would also be expected to provide catering for special functions that CIWW may hold throughout the year. CIWW will provide the seating area, tables and chairs for customers of the cafeteria and provide an area for the preparation and supply of sustenance.
