Tender description

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a Contractor to provide audio visual and presentation Equipment on a hire basis and to provide associated technical support Services for events and exhibitions. The Contractor will be required to provide the following: Hire of audio visual and presentation Equipment including lighting and staging; Audio visual technical services; Stage and set design. This is not an exhaustive list and the Contractor may be asked to provide other audio visual/presentation Services. The primary location for the provision of the Services will be the Scottish Parliament premises based at Holyrood in Edinburgh; however there may be a requirement to provide the Services in other venues throughout Scotland.
