Artsmark Evaluation Contract

Tender description

Arts Council England requires a process evaluation of the first year of a new programme called Artsmark. Artsmark is the Arts Council England's high profile award that encourages schools, FE Colleges and Youth Offending teams to support, celebrate, develop and embed cultural education across their provision. In October we launched the Cultural Education Challenge, a call to action for arts and cultural organisations, the education sector to come together to offer a consistent arts and cultural education for all. Artsmark plays a pivotal role in this by providing a framework for schools to deliver high quality opportunities for their pupils to create, compose, perform; visit, experience, participate; know, understand and review in the classroom. The evaluation will be used by Arts Council England to identify any changes required to improve how Artsmark is delivered in the future.
