Tender description
The Association has identified potential development opportunities on brownfield and greenfield sites to be procured between 2015 and 2019. These developments could involve the construction of around 400 new residential properties and various commercial/ non-housing projects. The Association requires architectural services, engineering services, QS/ Employer's Agent services and principal designer services in respect of these various developments. The overall value of the contracts to be awarded via this Framework cannot be confirmed at this time as these are subject to external factors such as site acquisition, statutory approvals and funding availability.
