Tender description

This contract is for consultancy services for a project manager / main consultant and a sub-consultant multidisciplinary design team for the design and administration of the construction contract for phase 1 of the Council's investment in sports facilities. The closure, demolition and marketing / disposal or otherwise of facilities declared surplus by the Council as a result of its investment are outside the scope of this contract. Phase 1 of the Council's investment comprises a new Bradford City Centre swimming pool, and a South Bradford community sports centre and swimming pool (facilitating the closure of Richard Dunn Sports Centre and Bowling Swimming Pool). The Council, ‘the Employer’ is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified project manager / main consultant, ‘the Consultant’ who will provide and manage a sub consultant multidisciplinary team.
