Tender description

This Framework is for the provision of Automatic Outbound Dialler solutions to allow Contracting Authorities to contact customers and clients with messages and information, the solutions also allows those customers to select the option of speaking to an operator from the automated call. The Framework Specification is based on the requirements of Home Group Limited however, the Framework is available for other Contracting Authorities use upon complying with Home Groups' access requirements.
