Tender description
Milestone House is currently a 34 bed hostel situated in Green Lane close to Derby City Centre and provides accommodation for vulnerable people on a short term basis. Many of the residents present suffer with substance miss use, drug addiction, health issues which are exacerbated by chaotic and transient life styles. The scheme is to convert various ground floor rooms in to 7 new bedrooms and an en-suite facility, new kitchenette, new accessible toilet, new access door, new fire escape route/doorway and modifications to existing reception area.
