This notices gives prior information of a forthcoming procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of a venue finding and booking service and venue booking service for meetings and conferences. The contract is to be procured by Hampshire County Council. The contract will be open for use by all public sector organisations. Supplier Engagement Day. Suppliers interested in this procurement are invited to attend a supplier engagement day hosted by Hampshire County Council. The purpose of the day is to: 1. Inform suppliers of the aims, objectives and scope of the contract; 2. Elicit interest from suppliers.
