Tender description

ESPO is seeking to establish a national framework agreement (reference 257_16) for the supply of street lighting columns, traffic signal posts and street lighting equipment. Further information on the ‘lots’ can be found in the invitation to tender, along with detailed specifications. The framework is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Metal Street Lighting Columns and associated items. 34928510: Street-lighting columns; 14622000: Steel. Lot 2: Wooden Street Lighting Columns and associated items. 34928510: Street-lighting columns; 34928210: Wooden posts. Lot 3: Fibreglass / Composite Street Lighting Columns and associated items. 34928510: Street-lighting columns; 14830000: Fibreglass. Lot 4: Traffic Signal Posts and associated items. 34942100: Signal posts. Lot 5: Street Lighting Equipment and associated items. 34928500: Street-lighting equipment. 31000000: Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; Lighting. 31711150: Electrical capacitors. 31500000: Lighting equipment and electric lamps. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire and Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
