Tender description
The University has an existing framework agreement between a number of approved suppliers and the University wishes to continue with this service model. The framework arrangements are managed by the University's in house service provider, called the Print & Copy Bureau (PCB). The PCB are mandated as a single point of service, brokering and managing print solutions on behalf of the University. The operation of the contract will therefore be between successful applicant and authorised representatives of PCB.
