Tender description

Bath and North East Somerset has a requirement for staffed security services in several of its locations. This requirement has been split into lots and the detail is as follows: Lot 1 Staffed Security Guarding Services in Bath and Keynsham for Heritage Services and Property department; Lot 2 Night Patrols and Unlocking Service for Parking Services; Lot 3 Ad-hoc stewarding and marshalling for the Events Team and other departments Interested companies can apply for one lot, a combination of lots or all lots. Companies will have to download from supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and only companies who have passed the pre-qualification stage will be given access to the final Invitation to Tender document. A draft of the Invitation to Tender has been provided with specifications to enable companies to decide whether to proceed. Please register on supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk to download the documents. Completed PQQ's must be submitted by the closing date and time via supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk Late responses will not be allowed.
