RTÉ invites submissions, from suitably qualified Tenderers to develop and manage an Audience Engagement Program for RTÉ. RTÉ’s Audience Engagement Program is a focussed approach to building a richer knowledge of the needs and behaviours of our Irish and International audiences. Already audiences are engaging with RTÉ content and services in a wide variety of ways through TV, Radio, social, web and mobile. The Audience Engagement Program will consolidate and align audience engagement activities under a single contact strategy using a simple single user ID and a “single view of the user”. There are three key strands to the Audience Engagement Program: • Online Identify Management System (“RTE ID”) • “My RTE” Digital Services • Marketing Automation These are further described in the specification (the “Specification”).
