QU020 - Provision of Cleaner, Greener Streets Marketing Campaign

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Cleaner, greener streets campaign. We want to commission an agency to support delivery of the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle campaign. Our suggestion is that this will take the form of three or four mini campaigns across the year, to encourage participation and behaviour change with the public, and instigate links with potential partners. We would like to launch campaign one in May. - Plan for three or four mini campaigns to inform people about Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and encourage participation in creating a zero waste city - Show how you will engage with people – and find out what will make people engage / change their behaviour - Creative content - Campaign management and implementation - Show how you can identify and link with partners, and link with national programmes already underway - A plan demonstrating how you will work with businesses in Birmingham. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this framework and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details.
