Waterford City & County Council requires a suitable qualified company to supply and operate on a Concession basis 4 large pieces of fairground equipment (1 Vintage Carousel, 1 Small Carousel, 1 Helter Skelter & 1 Ferris Wheel) for the Winterval Festival which runs from November 20th until December 23rd 2015
