Tender description

This Framework (‘the Contract’) is for Supply and Delivery of Kerbs and Flags. The primary objective is to establish a Framework for the Supply and Delivery of Kerbs and Flags on behalf of NEPO Local Authorities and other NEPO Associate Members for the Supply & Delivery of Kerbs and Flags. Durham County Council as the Lead Spoke Authority is conducting this procurement on behalf of all NEPO Contracting Authorities who are able to utilise this Framework on an as and when required basis. The NEPO Contracting Authorities participating in this tender and who have given a firm commitment are Durham County Council, including Durham Schools & Academies with an SLA with Corporate Procurement and other External Bodies such as Durham Police and Fire and Gateshead Council. Access to the Framework will be subject to the approval of NEPO. This may incur a fee. The agreement will be available for use by all NEPO Members. A list of member organisations is available at: www.nepoportal.org This agreement will also be made available to all current and future NEPO Associate Members. A list of current NEPO Associate Members is available at: https://www.qtegov.com/systems/nepocms.nsf/vLiveDocsTitle/Current%20Associate%20Members NEPO intends to make the resulting agreement available for use by all Contracting Authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Central Government, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Coastguard Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Registered Social Landlords and Registered Charities who have a need to purchase the above services.
