Tender description

Complete a 0 priced Bill Validation exercise in respect to NR Water Consumption, then progress to identification and fulfilment of cost reduction opportunities as a result of irregularities in current Billing on a gain-share basis with NR. Collation and regular provision of all water billing and consumption data in an appropriate format to be imported into NR energy management M&T platform. Provide input for inclusion in subsequent Water Supply Tender (which will be a separate Sourcing activity) to be undertaken in-line with Water Deregulation time frame. Potential bidders should note that this will be a gain-share agreement and is advertised in OJEU purely to encourage expressions of interest. Utilities Regulations Rules will not be adhered to.
