The Council’s objective is to establish a Framework of suppliers covering a broad range of building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance and related trades. Such suppliers will be required to carry out minor works and maintenance to the Council’s Premises as and when required on a call-off basis, providing the Council’s Service Users with a responsive and competitively priced service. The service is split into lots and no tenderer can bid for more than 2 lots. • Electrical • Heating & Ventilation • General Builders (This will include Carpentry and Plumbing) • Roofing • Asbestos Removal The full PQQ pack can be downloaded directly from this advert and should be returned by 5pm Friday the 18th of March.
