Tender description

To investigate the existing Middlehaven Dock Gates to fully establish how they are controlled and how they should be operated; over the years the gates have been modified, but the existing operation and maintenance manuals have not been updated to suit. Following investigation, the contractor is therefore also required to produce a suitably detailed operation and maintenance manual for the future use of the dock gates.
