Tender description
The Hammersmith and Fulham Council wishes to appoint appropriately skilled and experienced consultants to prepare an urban design strategy and illustrative masterplan for Hammersmith Town Centre. The team will require an appropriate mix of disciplines with an emphasis on spatial planning, masterplanning, urban design, regeneration. The commission will entail a masterplanning exercise to establish a spatial vision for the Hammersmith Town Centre Regeneration Area, options for delivery of identified growth requirements, and the design principles and strategic objectives and policies that will need to be put in place to shape and support future development. There will be a two stage tender process with the top 5 suppliers from Stage 1 submitting written interview questions for Stage 2.
