Tender description

Refurbishment / landscaping works to 13no drying areas in the district of Mansfield. The areas are currently constructed of tarmacadam and timber fencing to allow the surrounding blocks of flats an outdoor area to dry clothes. Due to the lack of use, damage and dilapidations we seek to refurbish these areas into soft landscaped areas to match the existing surroundings, creating a more open feel to the area and enable a more routine maintenance plan by our parks division.
