**THIS IS NOT A TENDER** Soft Market test for M4 Corridor Repairs and Maintenance. The Riverside Group is a national housing association with significant presence in the South of England. We are considering options and seeking information with regard to a possible future procurement of repairs & maintenance services, such as, Responsive repairs, Void and empty homes maintenance, Planned programmes, with a potential to include gas servicing and maintenance within the M4 Corridor area. As part of this early supplier engagement process, we are asking providers of repairs & maintenance within the M4 corridor area to complete short questionnaire to provide an insight of the services and capabilities of organisations who operate within this market and to inform future procurement options.
