The delivery of an eBook and eAudio-book service to Lancashire Library Services. The Solution will enable Service Users accessibility to eBook and eAudio-book content from any internet connected location via application services. The Solution will offer a wide range of content through a customer-friendly portal, software and format where service users will be able to reserve and check-out content. Service users will borrow content virtually, remotely on a wide range of devices including but not exclusively smart phones, e-readers, tablets and desktop computers. Current scope is approximately 80 000 GBP p.a. with a split 83 % eBooks and 17 % e-Audio-books provision.
