Tender description

The University is seeking to establish a range of framework agreements for the carrying out of planned maintenance, reactive works and enhancements to the building infrastructure within the estates portfolio, during the period March 2016 to February 2019; with the option to extend for an additional 1 year period. This notice refers to the requirements for heating (Lot 2) — Building Fabric Maintenance. Lot 2 — Heating: Repairs and maintenance to primary and secondary heating systems; Heat emitters — repairs and installations; Pipework installation, maintenance and replacements, pipework insulation. (Excludes Boiler maintenance and automatic controls).
