Tender description

Powys County Council (‘The Council’) and Powys Teaching Health Board on behalf of Powys Health and Social Care Leadership Board will commence the procurement of services to carers for the county of Powys in 2016. Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board have published a Carers Commissioning Strategy for public consultation and wishes to commission reconfigured services with a focus on early intervention and prevention and collaboration as well as support, with clear outcomes for carers. The Council wishes to procure services to carers for young people and for adults, for at least 3 years. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to work in close partnership with specialist service providers. The anticipated timeline for the procurement process is: Supplier Awareness / Meet the buyer event 29th February.
