Tender description
The London Borough of Hackney is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers to provide Outcome Based Homecare Services for residents living in Hackney. There will be 4 Lots within the framework, there will be 1 Lot for a generic homecare service, 2 culturally specific Lots for the Turkish and Kurdish and Charedi communities and a Lot for a night service. The contract for Lot 1, for the general population will be split into four geographical areas known as ‘Quadrants’ (North East, North West, South East and South West). The culturally specific and night service contracts will be borough wide. The Council wishes to establish a four year Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that the contracts will become operational from the 16.1.2017.
